How is the outstation fare calculated?+
Fare = Total actual km × per km rate, with a minimum of 300 km per day. For example, Bangalore to Mysore round trip is ~300 km, so Sedan fare = 300 × ₹12 = ₹3,600 + tolls + any night charges.
What is the 300 km minimum rule?+
Even if your actual trip is less than 300 km in a day, a minimum of 300 km is billed. For 2-day trips, minimum 600 km (300 × 2) is charged. Actual km are charged if higher.
What are night charges?+
Night driver allowance is charged for travel between 10 PM and 6 AM. The amount depends on trip duration. We inform you of the exact amount when confirming your booking.
Are tolls and permits included?+
No. All highway tolls, parking charges and inter-state permit fees are extra and to be paid by the traveller at actual cost.
Where does the driver stay on multi-day trips?+
Driver accommodation cost is included in the fare for multi-day trips — driver stays near your hotel or in the vehicle. No extra charge for driver stay.
Can I modify the itinerary during the trip?+
Yes. You can add stops or change destinations during the trip. The fare is based on total actual km driven, so any additional distance is charged at the per km rate.
